Security and data protection

Understand the care taken with data on the QualiChart website and the information to evaluate when hiring the system for the laboratory.

On the website

Forms use HTTPS and Turnstile security verification. The data is validated on the server and sent to commercial support. Optional cookies depend on the visitor's choice.

Request demonstrations using non-identifiable control data. Do not submit patient information via marketing forms.

In system contracting

Ask the team for the terms applicable to your environment: access profiles, activity logs, backup and restore policy, hosting, data retention and export. These conditions must be included in the contracting documentation.

QualiChart has user accounts, permissions, and audit logs. These resources support management; defining those responsible, reviewing access and laboratory procedures remains the responsibility of the institution.

Contact for incidents or questions

Report security situations to [email protected], with the subject “Security”. Describe the problem without including passwords or sensitive data.

See Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Controls that your team uses in the system

  • User accounts to identify who accesses the routine.
  • Permissions to organize operation responsibilities.
  • Log history and audit to investigate changes.
  • Critical analysis associated with control occurrences.

Review access when there are changes to the team and maintain each individual credential. The audit helps consult the history; combine its use with internal review and incident response procedures.

Internal audit report with evidence and actions, in demonstrative data
Internal audit of the quality process. Change trail and permissions are separate features to be evaluated in the demo.
