Data and purposes
When requesting a demonstration or material, you provide your name, email and, depending on the request, laboratory, equipment, plan and optional telephone number. We use this data to respond to the request and preliminary procedures for a possible contract, at your request, in accordance with art. 7th, V, of the LGPD.
Receiving marketing content is a separate and optional choice. When authorized, this communication is based on consent, which can be withdrawn through the contact channel. Do not submit identified patient results or other health data on forms.
Request origin and measurement
We store the campaign parameters, home page, and navigation source in the session to understand the context of the request. With consent for statistics or advertising, the context of the first and last visit may remain in this browser for up to 90 days. Revocation removes this persistent history. They accompany the submitted form. Access measurement and advertising depend on cookie preferences. Names, emails, telephone numbers and form texts are not sent to website measurement events.
Cookies and your choices
Essential features enable security, abuse checking, and form functionality. Google Tag Manager manages optional tags, loaded after your choice. Statistics and advertising start off. You can accept, refuse or change your choice in “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. The preference is valid for up to 180 days in this browser.
Services involved
We use Cloudflare for Turnstile hosting and verification, and Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to record commercial support requests and materials. Google Tag Manager, from Google, is used when authorized. When you open WhatsApp, you start using Meta's service, subject to its own policy. These providers may perform treatment in other countries; use must comply with applicable safeguards and data transfer rules.
Conservation and safety
The data is kept for the time necessary for the service and commercial relationship, respecting legal obligations and regular exercise of rights. Technical records already delivered are removed from the retrieval queue after 90 days. Orders not yet delivered remain until the error is resolved or a valid deletion request is met, to avoid losing the contact received. The cookie preference is in your browser; Field data is not saved in persistent storage by the website.
The website uses HTTPS connection, server validation and service access controls. Data processing in the contracted system is also governed by the conditions of the contract, without replacing this website policy.
Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information on sharing, deletion or anonymization in applicable cases, and revocation of consent. To protect data, we may request confirmation of identity proportional to the request. It is also possible to file a complaint with the ANPD.
